Policies

• NO SHOW- If you do not show up and do not call or text 317-213-0001, you forfeit your deposit. You may also be subject to a NO SHOW FEE. Unfortunately you will no longer be considered a client of Circle City Brows. You will not be rescheduled and will not be able to book any future appointment. No exceptions.

• Rescheduling Any Microblading Appointment - If you need to change your appointment date and/or time, you are free to do so as long as you give more than 48 hour notice from your original booked appointment. If you cancel with limited notice, you will lose your deposit and be required to book a new appt with a new deposit. I allow for only ONE reschedule. Please note you may not be able to get back in for weeks should you choose to reschedule. 

• Cancelling Microblading Appointment - If you cancel your appointment (do not re-book) you forfeit your deposit. Under no circumstance will the deposit be refunded.

• Late Arrivals-  If you are not on time for your appointment it will shorten your appointment time. Your appointment time will not be extended if you are late as appointments are booked back-to-back every day.  You are unable to "reschedule" your appointment if you are running late so please plan ahead for delays.

• Tattoo Disclosure - I am unable to take clients who have had machine tattoo of the brow or need a brow correction. If you book an appt and have visible tattooed brows, you will be charged an additional fee added to the total cost!

Circle City Brows has a no refund policy.

Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

No children or pets are allowed at your appointment. No exceptions.

Circle City Brows reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
